Please understand that when you make a purchase, there is a processing fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of yoga, reiki, or Feather Sister services will receive a refund minus the credit card processing fee. The current card processing fees are $5.96 for Services. Please also knowthat sites such as PayPal charge a Refund fee.
Yoga, Reiki, or any Feather Sister services offer a 50% refund minus a card processing fee, anywhere from $4.96- $5.96 this is offered for cancellations within 48 hours.
No refunds are given for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Example: You have a scheduled Reiki session for Monday at 8 pm (EST), and if you request to cancel on Sunday (anytime,) you will not receive a refund.
Cancel on Saturday =50% refund minus the $5.96 processing fee. Cancel on Frid,ay refund minus $5.96 processing ,fee or you may reschedule with the session already paid in full.
Distance Reiki sessions are not always conducted in real time. Therefore, refunds are not accepted for Distance Sessions. However if the Reiki hasn’t been sent yet, you may reschedule with that session paid in full.
I understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances happen, and you may need to change your appointment. It is important to let me or the teachers know before the session or class.
Missed appointments, no-shows, late cancellations, or requests to reschedule within 24 hours of an appointment shall count as used and are subject to a charge for the full amount of the service. Thank you for your understanding.
Training for Yoga and Reiki have a Non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. The deposit can go towards the training within a year of the datethe deposit was made. It is used only for that training.
